A seasoned real estate professional with more than eight years of experience, Bill has the expertise to assist clients with their residential and commercial sales, purchases, and leases. He has a well-earned reputation for providing strong advocacy, strategic advice, and exceptional outcomes.
Bill graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, and he furthered his education by obtaining a real estate management certificate from the Wharton School of Business, sponsored by the International Council of Shopping Centers, and acquiring a license to sell real estate in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is currently pursuing further Commercial Real Estate education at Boston University. In the commercial realm, Bill has experience selling and leasing office, flex, and retail properties within the Greater Boston and Merrimack Valley markets, as well as extensive experience with investment property and commercial property management. In the residential realm, he provides guidance to a variety of clients, including first-time and trade-up buyers, downsizers, investors, and land owners. Bill quickly connects with people and listens well, using excellent communication skills to understand his clients' goals and help them overcome any obstacles in their way.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Bill has a passion for baseball, having played collegiately at Johnson and Wales University and semi-professionally in Europe. He is actively involved in his community as a member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Lowell and has volunteered his time with non-profit organizations and youth baseball teams.
