Since 2006, Sara has devoted her professional life to real estate and closed well over $30 million in residential sales. She has been featured on WCVB-TV’s “Chronicle” in a segment on local property, and enjoys engaging everyone she meets in conversation about all aspects of this ever-changing, never boring topic. Sara has an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management, and a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University. An analyst by nature, Sara is spot-on when pricing listings, and has been certified by GBAR as a Pricing Strategy Advisor.
Raised in the suburbs of Boston, she enjoyed exploring Manhattan during college days, but returned to the Bay state, living on Boston’s iconic waterfront, in the Back Bay, and burgeoning Union Square. An enthusiastic traveller with a special fondness for the ancient cities of Europe, she has been inspired by the art and architecture of the different cultures she has visited.
As a former equestrian, she drove daily, after work, to the farmlands of Dover, and appreciated being able to decompress in a rural setting— grooming her horse, saddling up and pitching in with the less glamorous tasks involved in keeping her 4-legged partner happy. Good practice for any job, she now realizes, especially rolling up your sleeves and staying cool and grounded during the sizzle of sometimes complicated negotiations.
Buying, selling and investing in residential real estate is a partnership that involves brains and esthetics, calculations and intuition, risk and reward. Sara has extensive experience in client transactions as well as purchasing, selling, renovating, leasing and investing in her own properties. She brings her insights to the table, helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
