Khalil graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell with a degree in management and marketing with high honors, but knew his future wasn’t going to be sitting behind a desk. With a family background in construction, and love for home improvement and transforming something old and outdated to something extraordinary, he started a construction contracting company.
Combining both his academic training and his passions, Khalil learned how to listen and understand his clients’ needs, and the importance of customer satisfaction. His knowledge of building and trends allows him to be especially helpful in advising sellers on how to achieve top dollar. This dedication to service has become an integral part to his success. Responsive and accommodating, he treats all his clients with the utmost respect and concern for their needs.
As he bought, updated, and sold many homes through his construction business, Khalil became intrigued by the real estate side of the business. Now, as a realtor, he brings that experience, knowledge, and commitment to an even wider set of clients.
