Cape Cod Specialist
Dan started his real estate career on Cape Cod in 2024. He is a native of the quintessential Cape Cod village of Cotuit. With a long career in marketing and sales of cranberry ingredients, they just don’t come any more local to the Cape than Dan Souza. Dan left the Cape, briefly, to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Dan and his family live in East Sandwich, a village in the town of Sandwich on the North side of the Cape. His son attends St. John Paul II School in Hyannis, MA. Dan has a wide network of friends in the trades and decades of first-hand experience in various Cape Cod communities. He has the local knowledge to help you successfully navigate the Cape and Islands real-estate market.
