What my Clients Are Saying:
I couldn't be more enthusiastic about Cynthia Tamburro's work and support as our Realtor. For our first meeting Cynthia arrived having done her research and connected with us on a personal and business level. She shared her approach and let us know that she loves to list properties and her strength - negotiations. After hearing from a number of other realtors how they would list the property, which turned out to be: list at market value based on other 2-family comps and assume there would be over-asking bids of maybe 50K. Cynthia, on the other hand, appreciated the uniqueness of our property and made sure to include that in her comparison to other homes. We decided to list at the top of the market with wiggle room for bidding. She used her depth of RE knowledge and intuition throughout. The house sold before going to market at $161,000 over asking with back up offers also over asking. She helped get each of those bids higher than when they came in. I think those results speak for themselves. She didn't allow the market comps to box her in but instead boldly set the bar. Going with her advice, we sold the house as is, no fuss with painting, etc., and staged it with our personal belongings. Additionally, from day one, Cynthia had compassion for the fact that I needed to empty the home and helped me with a myriad of resources to do just that. Finally, I'll add that she consistently showed up on time and kept every promise, following through on every detail - making herself fully available through the process. I hope you can see why I would recommend Cynthia to anyone wanting to sell their home. Warmly, Maria
