Residential Advisor
I was born John Cley Alves Oliveira in beautiful rural Brazil, I prefer to go by Cley (for short and distinction from brother John Gledson Oliveira) and have always had a great connection with the land and its uses whether for agriculture, farming, or housing. I have watched my dad develop an entire neighborhood of more than 200 homes and how he created a community that impacted many lives and brought together people of so many different backgrounds. That was something I always wanted to be a part of, and it lit my heart up to deliver that key, the symbolic connection between the buyer and their new home. Since moving to the U.S. in 2002, I spent most of my career satisfying the curiosity for the trades, from painter, to carpenter, to finish carpenter and, becoming a general contractor specialized in remodeling projects small and large. These are the skills that I hope to bring to the Real Estate business, which captured my interest long ago, and drive me to watch close, study and familiarize myself with the crucial factors intrinsic to this complex, yet vital segment of our economy and lives. I intend to be the best advisor I could be when it comes to my client's ultimate decision to purchase or sell, and that they will be the most informed regarding their situation, the property in question and the overall market at that moment. My commitment is to always improve, educate myself and learn from everyone around me, so my clients do not need to!
